What we store and why

We store your Telegram user ID, @username and display name, wallet addresses, encrypted wallet keys, settings and trade history. We use this information to identify your account, operate your wallets, execute copies and transfers, show your activity and provide support.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your email address or phone number. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use blockchain RPC providers to read blockchain data and submit transactions, Relay for cross-chain transfers, price providers for market data, Telegram for bot interactions, and hosting providers to run and store the service. They process the information needed for their role, such as wallet addresses, transaction details or bot messages, under their own privacy practices. Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are visible to others.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. After a deletion request, we delete data that is no longer needed. Some records may be retained where required by law or needed for security or resolving disputes, and backup copies may remain until they expire. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted.

Requesting deletion

Request deletion through @EdgeModeBot on Telegram. We may ask you to confirm the request from your Telegram account. Before requesting deletion, stop your copies and withdraw your funds or securely export your wallet keys so you retain access to your assets.

Security

Wallet keys are encrypted at rest. We use security measures to protect stored information, but no system is completely secure. Protect your Telegram account and never share exported wallet keys.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as the service changes and will show the latest date here. For privacy questions, contact us through @EdgeModeBot on Telegram.
